To choose or adapt a programme to your specific interests, contact us. We are very happy to help. After choosing a programme and date, we suggest you book and pay a deposit of 15%. The booking must be confirmed 8 days prior to the event.

At the time of this confirmation, a down payment of 30% of the total price must be made. The remaining 55% must be paid before the trip begins.

Programmes involving flights have special conditions and must be analysed case by case.

Payments may be made by bank transfer, POS (every cards accepted) or PayPal. In the case of cards or PayPal, it’s added 3.5% to the total cost.

Skipper Portugal is a authorized  Entertainment Agent under the License nr. 2386/2018 issued by Turismo de Portugal IP.

Up to 7 days prior to departure: no cost.

From 3-6 days prior to departure: 50% of the booking price.

From 0-2 days prior to departure: 100% of the booking price.

If a client arrives one hour (for a half-day programme) or two hours (for a one-day programme) after the departure time, the programme will be cancelled with no right to a refund. In all cases, if a client arrives late, the time is discounted from the total duration of the programme.

If Skipper Portugal is unable to conduct the programme (due to illness, accident, problems with the boat, etc., all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

No other conditions, penalty or compensation are accepted.

Around 2-3 days prior to the event, we check the weather forecast. If we do not contact you, it means your booking is confirmed. If the forecast is for weather which could put the vessel and its occupants at risk, we will contact you to reschedule. If this is not possible, 100% of the booking price will be refunded.

Our boats are equipped with all regulatory safety equipment, namely individual life vests.

Private belongings, including clothes and hygiene products, should be chosen carefully (avoid too much or too little) and packed in a soft bag (there is no space available for hard cases). More fragile articles (cameras, mobile phones, etc.) should be kept in waterproof bags.

Don’t forget to bring a hat and sun cream (whatever the time of year), sunglasses, warm clothing and waterproofs. All footwear MUST have a white or naturally coloured rubber sole (no other type or colour will be allowed).

The vessels have a pharmacy and are equipped with first-aid facilities.
